WHAT DO ANGELS LOOK LIKE?

Like the little old lady who returned
~ your wallet yesterday.
Like the taxi driver who told you that your eyes
~ light up the world, when you smile.
Like the small child who showed you
~ the wonder in simple things.
Like the poor man who offered to
~ share his lunch with you.
Like the rich man who showed you that it
~ really is all possible, if only you believe.
Like the stranger who just happened to come along,
~ when you had lost your way.
Like the friend who touched your heart,
~ when you didn't think you had one to touch.
Angels come in all sizes and shapes,
~ all ages and skin types.
Some with freckles, some with dimples,
~ some with wrinkles, some without.
They come disguised as friends, enemies,
~ teachers, students, lovers and fools.
They don't take life too seriously,
~ they travel light.
They leave no forwarding address,
~ they ask nothing in return.
They wear sneakers with gossamer wings,
~ they get a deal on dry cleaning.
They are hard to find when your eyes are closed, But
~ they are everywhere you look, when you choose to see.

You know when we went on vacation I was goofin off with Payten and singin in a silly voice to her at a local Wal-Mart while she sat in Mickey D's she got a lil embarssed and later that day I had to go back in to pick up a shirt and that same man(I didnt reconize him or even see him there but he noticed who I was)anyway sent a can drink out to my lil girl(reason at end of story) he NEVER asked for a thing but he started talkin to me I guess he thought I lived in the area and was askin if I knew of anywere that was lookin for employees I told him I wasnt from the area but sent him in directions were I had seen signs this man was on foot so he had to take it 1 area at a time I guess but anyway my point on this comment is "Even though this man spent his last bit of money on a drink and he wasnt able to have due to it not bein sugarfree(machine gave him the wrong one)he couldve ask me for change in return or tried sellin it or whatever instead he GAVE it away he thought of someone else just outta the kindness of his heart" (btw yes I gave him a couple of dollars after the second try he did take it and not only that but the Wal-Mart we were at hired him they told him to be there in 2days dressed and ready to work) So YES angels are here in many different ways! And yes momma I remember what you've taught me through-out the years "Do onto others as you would have others do onto you" Love You Darla!

Hey,I'm a 54 year old woman who has been married to the same man for 38 years.Yes,we married when we were both kids.We have 4 children. I like the color gray.Alot.Love the Lord.Go to church and love to sing, that's not saying I'm good at it. Fishing is a treat for my husband and I.We release most of what we catch(because they're too small) Sincerly,Marle
